Speak in a controlled and calm way. Use proper language, avoid cursing. Use humor where appropriate and don't be too sarcastic.
Now that we have fixed the way you look and sound, we should address the way you smell. The single most important factor for sexual attraction once you get close enough is how you smell. Make sure you take a shower daily at least, brush your teeth religiously and find a perfume that enhances your personality.
